This investment, which fully refinances BVI\u2019s existing debt and adds new equity from both TPG and new investors, strengthens the company\u2019s financial position as it looks to accelerate product innovation and expand its global footprint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This financing follows a period of accelerated momentum for BVI, during which the company has significantly grown its portfolio of product offerings and built one of the most robust product pipelines in the industry.
