Sales and Administration Support Associate- France-Toulouse

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review price offers received from sales reps or sales managers, to ensure they are compliant with our internal policies and ensure they are saved and uploaded inside the system as indicated by the coordinator.
  • system (country relevant) apply for appropriate tenders on a daily basis.
  • Co-ordinate with Sales to structure price offer.
  • Review, add to and organize all supporting documents required for completion of tenders (liaising with Sales, Marketing, QA, Regulatory etc.)
  • Timely transfer of sample requirement to Sample coordinator(s) when sending samples required
  • Proactive follow up on contracts ensuring Price updates are effected in a timely manner

  • Any customer mailings – translations, mail merge and issue as directed by Sales Manager(s), Sales Director(s) & Business Managers (product updates, launches, announcements etc).

Requirements:

  • Support the R&D Team by developing and manufacturing prototypes (hands-on job) for new product designs, test setups for research into new designs and production tools to produce precision mechanical instruments in-house.
  • You will be working independently in the workshop with a fellow instrument maker on very diverse developments, but you will also have a lot of consultation with the rest of the design team about various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Responsible to take measures to ensure business continuity by providing proper functional and technical support. Failure to do so may reduce efficiency and productivity of one or more departments across the company. Making IFS 10 company’s strategic business tool across the globe will significantly rely on this position’s success and collaboration. Provide IFS7.5 and IFS10 support to geographically distributed BVI companies and branches. Work with the IFS 10 Implementation project team and coordinate and manage sub-projects or individual tasks. Understand the business requirements and develop or suggest solutions to implement a seamless business applications suite in areas like ERP, CRM, EDI, Reporting & BI. Work as a part of the IFS 10 implementation project team to roll out IFS10 globally. Depending on the particular strength in certain modules, sub project lead or tasks management. Work closely with Business and IT staff in BVI Regional and Global IT organizations. Support current IFS75 environment. Coordinate and follow-up on ERP and other business-related helpdesk incidents. Support and help troubleshoot 3rd Party Applications connected to the IFS systems, as needed. Monitor and coordinate plant and business activities, implement Regional and Global initiatives for globally deployed Business Systems based on the directives of the team management. Support and collaborate with the MDO team to ensure proper data maintenance and create efficient data migration routines ensuring that all globally deployed Systems are in compliance with BVI corporate directives, FDA regulations, and ISO standards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates a specific and advanced set of skills and knowledge in an area of expertise. Involves restricted number of jobs within job family requiring unique and/or specialised skills (not part of natural or expected progression)

Required

  • 3+ years of IFS ERP Experience in a manufacturing environment. Functional expertise in at least one core module of IFS. ERP implementation experience. Basic PL/SQL knowledge
  • BS in CS, Finance or related field

Preferred

  • Experience with Crystal Reports, EDI, Report Designer.
  • Experience in IFS Version 9 or 10

Physical Requirements
